A magical place to come home to! This 2/2 condo is located in Key Biscayne, a quiet street with small condominiums nestled between the beach and main street of the village where you will find the grocery store, diverse ethnic restaurants, and boutiques. This condo is on the fourth floor facing the direction of the ocean, the second building from the end of the street, a short hop to the ocean entryway complete with shower and a private entrance for residents. There is world class tennis and sailing on the island, as well as natural beauty and wildlife.

As you enter into the living room/dining room, the elegance of Venetian Plaster walls are complimented by original oils from our private collection. The dining room table is one of a kind created with Irish green Connemarble inset with a custom mosaic reflecting the ocean. Overhead a Murano glass fixture lights the dining area.

The living room is comfortable with flat screen TV, DVD, grey leather sofas and a small marble desk hidden behind a short glass block wall. Beveled glass French doors lead you out onto the balcony…. with a herb garden, and tropical plants creating a peaceful environment to enjoy a breakfast on the patio or a interlude with a good book….

The kitchen is fully stocked! It has been known to accommodate a chef cooking for 20! With a passthrough into the dining area, this is a place for guests to congregate.

The Master bedroom is truly a dream – large with walls touched in gold… a comfortable bed, and crisp linens! Wooden blinds allow air through on those comfortable winter days, and keep the sun out in the morning. The adjoining spa bath is our first environmental mosaic installation, “Aqua Mare” ….. here you will enter a room where your cares drift away, while you soak in the old fashioned tub surrounded by sea creatures, and peaceful ocean waves or hop into the open European style shower washing your concerns down the drain with our strong water pressure. A large porcelain sink, and custom “fish cabinet” will hold your toiletries, and those of your mate on this adventure!

An eighteen foot hallway separates the two bedroom suites in this condo… the hall is set in flat pebble river rocks, with a vein of gold.. leading you towards the “Enchanted Rainforest”… our second mosaic environmental installation. The guest bathroom is a treat for those, which spend time here… with words of inspiration, hidden figures, and mystical creatures bringing peace to their lush home.

The guest bedroom is comfortable with artwork collected from around the world, woven wicker furnishings, a TV/DVD and a large walk in closet.

Upon inquiry the condo may be rented at a reduced rate with the artist in residence (you would have the Master suite with Aqua Mare spa bathroom, as well as shared living room, kitchen, and balcony. The artist is unobtrusive, and onsite infrequently, but can be fun!
